20/702 david hockney / california scene

another oddity... purchased direct from the petersburg press, new york (hockneys publishes in the late sixties) - a lithograph showing a very familiar southern california landscape with two of hockneys iconic palm trees and a blue sky.
the image has a large white area at the base - maybe for poster graphics(?)
peresterburg press cannot supply any other detail. Can anyone help?

signed in the plate and dated 1966
...a one-off? certainly rare - don't seem to have seen many of them around!
